Music is one of the world’s most influential arts. Our youth are impacted by music every single day. Unfortunately, most of today’s music targeted towards young people is loaded with potentially harmful messages including violence, pre-marital sex, and disrespect of the opposite gender. The Message in our Music Project will allow Decatur Counties most at-risk youth to write, produce and record their own music with a positive message. Johnny Payne is the Music Artist and Music Director with over 20 years of experience in music. Johnny has implemented music programs in youth centers in Georgia and Florida
